Why am I hearing my county's TRS on 1356.500 mhz?

My county is on an 800 mhz EDACS system (which I monitor with my Pro-96). This morning, I fired up my AOR 8200 do do some casual searching between two frequencies. I am picking up some of my county's radio traffic on 1356.500 mhz (NFM) with a 100% signal bar. Is this just intermod interference? Any other thoughts on why this is happening?

I did a an FCC search for the frequency and nothing is listed for my county on this frequency.

My BC 2500 XLT did something similar in the 90's with cell phone images.
I discovered by accident that 1268 to 1292 mHz "allowed" me to hear calls, while I was doing a SEARCH between the 1000 to 1300 mHz range.

What are the IF's for your scanner?

Double them and then use the numbers to do a comparison of the actual freqs, to the 1300 ones... Most likely youll find your answer.
