Why aren't 'AF' licenses in the FCC database?

Just submit them for your area. They won't show up in the FCC database cause it's gov't.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean. The site displays FCC licenses for other frequencies. The frequency I tried is a licensed FCC frequency, and it's not in the database.
