Why Can I not See Trunked Radio Systems at Bottom of the County Pages

I clicked on Will County and scrolled to bottom of the page.
I was surprised that the trunked systems in that county are not there no more.
I tried four other counties with the same result.
What happened to this information.
How can I see changes to local trunked systems

The web site is broken or undergoing changes or maintenance. There is an error message at the bottom of each county page.
