Why cant I receive Wood Co SO F2 and F3?

I have multiple digital radios that I have receive for DMR in Wood County. I receive them all except Sheriff 2 and 3. I've double checked the Tags CC and still doesn't receive. Any suggestions?

Are you using scanners? If so, what model?

Thatsclear, you do have the correct slot, talk group and color code. What type of DMR receiver are you using? This frequency is encoded with Motorola RAS, so you won't be able to hear it with a transceiver unless you have the proper RAS key. That being said, a Whistler scanner ignores the key and receives this just fine. As far as sheriff main, there is no RAS key, so that's why it can be received with a DMR transceiver.

Use a scanner with DMR.
Uniden/Whistler scanners with DMR ignore the RAS (but obviously this will not help if encrypted)
