Why is there a giant radio tower 15&210 freeways?

Hi all,

Why is there a giant radio tower near the 15&210 freeways?
I have the answer!

I don't think the tower is operational yet. Need to find frequencies when it becomes operational.
Anyone else wondering about this?

It's the new Inland TMC, dispatch center shared by CHP & CalTrans.

I was wondering what the heck they were building there. I drive across the 210 every day on my way to work and back and I see that construction site daily. I thought it was some sort of school or something like that. Guess not!

antennas added to tower !!!!

Well, they have added several antennas !!!
Look like -

VHF low band - one on the west tower face
VHF high band - looks like pole type on the north tower face
Microwave cans - one pointed toward Box Springs maybe, another pointed North

Looks like the coax is dangling, probably just testing still. I was driving so I couldn't look too long.

Only changes I found online @fcc were :

changed from "SB county " to " FONTANA"
