why was my feed deleted?

I went to go feed my scanner, and it has been deleted (the feed for winnebago county illinois)

I know it has been a little bit since I last fed it, but the audio admins was aware that it may be down for extended periods, on occasions. I was promised it would never be deleted, because the admins were aware of the situation.

Please have my feed restarted, thanks
