Great...

Make a list of MARC on/off codes available to the public so now every LID can try and turn them on and kerchunk them. Here I thought when I hear it that it's just dumb luck when the DTMF range keeps going up or down one number at a time...I wonder how many people have that list with nefarious intentions.

That's exactly what I was thinking. So for what it's worth I'll just add this to anyone with those capabilities. That's a good reason why agencies go to encryption. I enjoy being able to listen in. If you do to, stay off!!
