WI State Fair Park

Trying to listen to WI State Fair Park. Loaded frequencies from 2015
( https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=2511 ) but no luck. Are they possibly on Greenfield's back up system?

No, the State Fair Park LTR system is running as it does year round. Remember that this system is low power, so depending on your location you may not hear it.

It's working as well as it did in years gone by. I don't live too far from the park and it appears that all of the key talk groups are unchanged.
Don't forget to monitor the MURS frequencies as well as color dots since it's almost certain that a good number of those are being used.

Not sure what you mean by MURS frequencies and color dots.

The color dot and MURS are universal frequencies that many of which don't require a license.
They can be found in the data base section on this wonderful site.
