LTAC1 is used statewide for Law enforcement incidents, Chases and other active incidents. MN State Patrol has their own dispatch channels based or area. WI State Patrol does the same, they are fully on WISCOM. You will want to listen to Spooner Post Dispatch for Polk County. The Spooner post dispatch is patched at times to Eau Claire Dispatch depending on which dispatchers are working.

Polk county is part of the Spooner post region, so TG 157 would be your primary. Polk county borders Eau Claire post as well, so you might catch traffic on 151. WI has multiple statewide frequencies and talk groups.
