Wichita ASTRO 25 System

When Wichita goes to ASTRO 25 will the Control Channel baud rate be 3600 or 9600.

My question has to do the the Digital Card for a BC250. If it is a 3600 I just need to pick up a digital card. If 9600 I need a new scanner.

They want the latest and greatest. More bang for the buck. They last post on the building of the SCEM call station was to have a "STATE OF THE ART" facility with all of latest equipment.

I thought that might be happening. Guess it is time to start saving for a 296 or maybe even a 396.

This thing looks like it is way too much for me. Just a simple little hand held works best for me.
