Wichita County AMR

I noticed this morning 4/17/2018 that AMR has completly changed. The frequency is the same, but the tone-out tone, dispatcher, and how calls are dispatched are completly different...Has anyone else noticed this?

Wichita County and Stephens County, OK were dispatched from Wichita Falls until the past few days. Now they are dispatched from Dallas. I noticed it yesterday but I'm not sure exactlly when they switched.

It looks like AMR is also using talkgroup 0-02-069 on https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=7466 but I haven't heard their Dallas dispatcher on it. I don't know if this is a permanent move or just testing rental radios.

AMR is going to the Logis data only system. Most of them around the DFW area have switched to it. Hunt and Ellis counties may be the exception.

They only used that talkgroup about 3 days. I haven't found anything else on the other local LTR systems (there are no commercial DMR or NXDN trunked systems here).

Wichita Falls 155.235 simplex is still active and Wichita Falls 467.95 control station for Duncan/Marlow OK is still active.

The talkgroup is definitely AMR. Maybe not company radios. What I am hearing leads me to believe that some of the locals rented their own radios for their own private back channel that upper management and Dallas dispatch don't have.
