Wichita County new jail DMR repeater

I noticed it on the air today.
TS 1 TGID 1
TS 2 TGID 2
So far only two radios doing "can you hear me now?" type testing and a bunch of random data showing on DSD+ that I can't identify.
It's upposed to be for the "new" jail but I can't confirm that. The jail VHF repeater still has normal traffic.

One thing I see during the idle hang time is "Null SLCO". I have never seen that on any other system.

I'm using DSD+ 1.101pt

Another local system constantly sends Activity Update messages but in the log window it shows:
ARS; Tgt=xxx Src=xxx
This new jail system doesn't do that.

It sounds like any of the other county jails that have gone DMR. You won’t see any ARS or LRRP on those because they are just low power local repeaters for talk only. Some have RAS and some have encryption also. I usually see the GPS, azimuth and speed on business users such as midstream, energy production, and utilities to track their vehicles and sometimes data. School buses and some public safety users that have gone DMR will sometimes use it too.

Sometime this week they made the switch. All traffic is on TGID 1 so far. The VHF repeater appears to be dead now.

Today I noticed the VHF repeater (155.52 PL 127.3) is back on the air and patched to TG 1 on the DMR repeater. I don't know how long it has been like that.
