Wichita Falls PD dispatch in analog

This morning the Wichita Falls Police records/NCIC dispatcher (talkgroup 1042) is stuck in clear analog mode. It appears to just be one console doing it; mobiles are still encrypted ProVoice. Listen while you can before they figure out what is happening and fix it.

Well that didn't last long. The console that was in alanog mode was 16001 and now they are using 16005 on that talkgroup.

Being hearing the one sided comms, dispatch talking to a Uniform unit on the RR live feed. Darn it I cant get to my Home Patrol right now to analyze the system.... Title should have been 16:00 -17:00

Also the Broacastify feed went down this morning for a couple of hours.... Wonder if it was related to no Pro Voice and comms were in the clear..

On the Provoice system here in San Antonio that use to happen from time to time, one patrol or traffic channel console would be analog for a couple days then go back to provoice. After the rebanding of the system it hasn't happened
