Does anybody have any freq, tone or NAC information for the refuge? I have searched and have not found anything. i am guessing VHF cause all of the vehicles have quarter wave antennas mounted on them.

I have the same info as Tom for the Repeater

167.2000 would be a new one for me, and the 164.6250 is a Common NWR across the country

164.675 PL 114.8 NFM repeater (163.175 input)
167.200 unconfirmed
164.625 unconfirmed

The Sheriff has a repeater on one of the hills, 163.100 no tone, low power. I still hear it when conditions are right. Repeats the 800 MHz. "A" channel.

Be sure and check for P25 mode as well. The wildlife refuge near me has been heard on both analog and digital.

Is that Hagerman? What frequencies are they on? I haven't seen anything for them.

I've heard them on several frequency/tones:

164.625 110.9 & 114.8
164.675 114.8
164.8375 NAC 65
169.625 CS

Most of this was discovered during one of their prescribed burns when they have outside crews in so it's possible that they are using generic Fish & Wildlife fire frequencies during this period. 164.8375 however was referred to as "Hagerman Digital".

I also have logged some P25 activity on 164.625 and the same frequency with a tone of 103.5 but I wasn't sure if this was Hagerman or not. Same thing with 164.8375 with a 110.9 tone. Some of these may have been Tishomingo NWR which is across Lake Texoma in Oklahoma. I know the Tishomingo base antenna is not very high so they would be harder to hear. I was out at Hagerman last week and noticed that they have taken down their tall antenna tower which was at least one hundred feet, so I'm not sure what they are using now. Last year they built a new visitors center but I didn't see any antennas on it. There is probably a mobile stuck on the back somewhere because that's what they had on the old visitor center.

Confirmed 164.625

...One time I was on I-44 and I think I got a hit on 164.625 but wasn't sure...
Today Air Evac 34 was dispatched to WMNWR for a climber that fell. They were given a ground contact frequency of 164.625 no tone mentioned.

Next to a scanner...
A few weeks ago, I got some WM area FD (maybe?) on 164.675 114.8 output/163.175 103.5 input. They were responding to some tour bus stuck on the road.
