Wichita Visit

I was in Wichita visiting family this weekend and was able to monitor the River Festival. I hope evey night was not as busy as Saturday.

That wasnt busy... Actualy saturday was reported as a low. This whole Riverfest may be reporting a loss due to higher expences. All the numbers are not in yet.

To be quite honest I am not happy with Wichita Festivals managment of the operation. They have tried to make it into something it is not. A BUSINESS.

I find no more fun in attending it nor working it. I actualy try to avoid it as much as possible. Ive seen to much of it and have found no positive reasons to participate.


If you came to participate in it then I hope you had a great time while here. I'm sorry we could not have got together.

Did not go to the festival because of all the reasons you listed, plus I hate messing with traffic.

Get to Wichita on a regular basis will give you a holler and maybe we can get together some time.
