wierd code?

I heard an okc PD officer say several times (Chihuahua) anyone know if this is some sort of a secret code? I think he was on a traffic stop.

hmmm, they were probably just messin around. I listen to central quite a bit and never really hear anything like that. ill ask my stepdad though. He works for OCPD.

He was probably messing around. Someone started a joke that the Taco Bell Chihuahua was seen starting grass fires by the roadside and like the fires, it took off from there.

A lot of times, partners will joke around on the radio (usually on the talkaround channel for their division). They may have an inside joke going and only the two of them know what they're talking about.
