Does anybody make a 2 way radio system that works off of wifi and LAN?

Like something where the radios would connect to eachother through a router.

Yes, several companies do.
Rather than cut and past the various solutions, just Google "WIFI 2-way radio" like I did.

There's a thread in the forums here about Icom radios that do this. I don't recall which forum, exactly.
