wiki article needs corrections

I've fleshed out the PRO-197 article on the wiki using the PSR-600 article as a baseline; but it could stand some corrections - particularly where the 600 and the 197 are different.

It looks good except for a few tweaks.

• Changed "Verifying the firmware version" to reflect Pro-197 instead of psr-600, and changed link to RadioShack.com for future updates.

• Changed "Included Accessories" to reflect the lack of USB cable and CD, and the inclusion of a paper manual.

Other than that, everything about the scanners is the same, so I can't think of any other changes to be made.
