Depends on which county you're referring to. Just looking at it Wake County's info is outdated. If you see something incorrect you can edit it

Randolph County. It says they are 100% Viper. I thought that was incorrect but that is why I am asking.

Looks like they are all on viper but they've kept their conventional system. Using their VHF/UHF as a backup? Not familiar with the area.

Fire and ems paging are still 154.415. Old fire vhf 3 is patched to Viper fire 1. Otherwise everything is Viper.

Burke County is incorrect. Burke Sherriff is 100% Viper. Morganton DPS, Burke Fire, EMS and Rescue is simulcast to VHF.
