wiki.radioreference.com down?

I've been trying to get to wiki.radioreference.com for quite a while, and I keep on getting an error message saying it can't be found. Is the site down now? Is there any expected uptime?

Network Solutions Seems to be experiencing some DNS problems today. We've had multiple DNS problems with much of the radioreference.com domain since about 10am CST this morning. We are aware of the issues and working to find out the root cause of the problems.
