Wiki Tilt-over tower Help

Hey Guys,

I want to start putting some info in the Wiki on my Tilt-over tower that I am building, but don't really see a place for this kind of thing to add some pics and instructions.

Looking forward to following along with your build, my mig-welder is getting dusty and a low cost tilt-over sounds like good project.
