hello all i have the 996 i think i have the wildcard in, not sure when im scanning i see how two munbers come up and then it goes to one. i save the last number, i have saved in know while scanning it only stops on the 5 that are saved. its only 1 person talking not 2. i thought they were spose to be 2 people talking. please help me on this matter. im still confused on this. buy the way does anyone know if the regular icall works for delaware or do you always have to use the wildcard. also why doesnt wildcard work with control channel on, seems to me it only works with control channel off. thanks for youre help .
