Will an old 396t work ok for monitoring MSHP on MOSWIN?

Yup, it will work perfectly with that system. My 396t picks it up very well, its nice to actually hear the troopers now vs. only hearing them if they were close on the old low band system.

Edit: I would be very selective on which sites you add, the system is huge and if you try adding in the entire system, it will take forever to load onto the scanner. I live in Troop C territory, so I only selected them onto the 396t.
