Heard the CPD on ISPERN Patch-TG04-033-Will Co say he is in a "mobile toilet" using heat seeker and 30 cops had him on the ground....What a joke the IDOC guards are not chaining him to the inside of the van.....Its funny those guards did'nt take him in the tavern in LKPT where he jumped out and buy him a beer....

I happened to be listening when this happened. Word is that he claimed a leg injury and that is why he was not shackled
