Will Co new P25 System

Today on il-grants (thanks to Jerry) are the new (8) freqys for Will Co P25 system being built, all 800 freqy....Rumor is it will be "ENC".....

Checked the new Will Co P25 freqys today and no "CC" as yet.....Not sure how far along they are with the 911 Center.....
