Will the rs pro-96 drop in price ????? I hope so, i think 500 is a crazy price for a scanner . Its not really built to the standards of any 500 dollar radio i have ever come across. I do have the uniden and rs scanners and they are not worth the $$$.If i wasnt givn them gifts i would not have these radios at this time unless they go down in price. What a rip off !!! "The apco-25 rip off the community plan is more like it" !!! MABEE they are worth $300 and mabee that will be the going price by next year this time.
Will the pro-96 ever go on sale again or drop..........

399 as we speak (the Pro-83 is also on sale for 100). Go in and ask about it, you won't see it advertised ANYWHERE. But, I bought one today at 399. The staff seemed kind of surprised by it.
