Will uniden decode MPT-123 sometime in the future??

Does anybody knows if Uniden is planning any firmware upgrade in order to decode, read, MPT-1327 systems ???

Whether or not Uniden is planning it? Only Paul knows, I'm sure, and select few others who aren't here on RR.

Could it be done? Probably rather easily, since it was originally designed as an "open source" type of trunking, with the data frames and other such details made public.

"rfmobile" Rick may have more info on how feasible this concept is, since his program UniTrunker includes rudimentary MPT1327 decoding.
