Linn County SO is using 22001 talk group on the 700 system, last year there were several units from Lane county, PD and SO units, so the inter op talk groups may get a working out.

Might be interesting to see if this works across the radio networks being used by the different agencies. Could be interesting on Saturday. Already had one with band cut, trespassed and then came back and got arrested on Thursday night.

I used to work with deputies at a country music festival in Kansas. The county where it was held used P25 talkgroups on a statewide system and neighboring agencies that were brought in used a mix of VHF, UHF and analog trunk systems. They ended up using cross band repeaters and tying VTAC, UTAC and 8TAC together on to a shared P25 talkgroup. The P25 sounded like crap on analog but it seemed to work ok for just that weekend.
