ID's for Jarrel and Granger

The ID's I reported for Jarrel Med1, 4486 and Granger Med1 are the same. Also for Jarrel Fire 1 and Taylor Med1 are the same. I think this was a programing mistake in my radio. THanks for the catch. I will report the correct ID's once I get them updated. Just a note, Granger and Taylor may not be on the system so soon.

If you follow the numbering listed, it looks as though the following is likely;

Jarrell Med 1 4486
Jarrell Fire 1 4487

Granger Med1 4499
Granger Fire 1 4500
Taylor Med1 4501
Taylor Fire 1 4502

Thanks for the great info,

Errors

Russell, I think your correct. I would agree that they are sequentially assigning them.

One more point

EMS will be dispatch on their primary channel and will no longer use the HELO channels as a tatical channel, they will use their new operations channel. THe Helo channels will be used for ALL heliopter traffic only.

Super Support!!!

Thanks for all the updated TGID's --- not to appear stupid, but can someone pls clarify some of the tag meanings ... What is DECON and on the EOC ID's I believe FD is for Fire Department, EMS is obvious, but what is IC, and LE?
You guys are doing a GREAT JOB!!!

Talggroup ID's

Decon is for Hazmat calls, "think, portable shower"
The EOC's yes FD is fire department, EMS is medical, IC is incident command, and LE not sure.

R IOP would be regional , ie, austin and wilco share these talkgroups. I think these would be used for mutual aid calls. ,

And yes, LE makes sense that it would be Law Enforcement.

Doe's anyone have any infor yet on WILCO SO id's.

SBfire, do you have anymore that haven't been posted yet or is that all you have access to at this point? I noticed that not all of Georgetown was posted is the reason I asked.

I've just finished updateing the DB with TGs listed in this forum. There are still some holes and there may be some moving TGs around, but this looks great. Thanks again SBfire.

Ya'll welcome, That's all the TGID's I've decifered. They pretty much made them sequential so that made it easier to decode. There are also about 20 or so ID's that have encription on the new system. Georgetown FD has Med1, Med2, Fire1, Fire2 and Fire3, that I did not figure out yet.
I also have 4 different type's of scanners that I'm evaluating. I have the Uniden 996T, 396T, Pro 96 and the 2096. I really like the Uniden handheld best. Interesting, there is more of a delay in the Uniden picking up a signal than the Radio Shack.

Williamson County-dispatched agencies will be moving over to digital over the next few hours, as will Cedar Park Fire. Cedar Park PD may take another day or so.

On the above comments, "LE" is indeed "Law Enforcement."
