Does anyone know if android is supported or a way to make it work on the android system????

Nope, just Windows. If you use a Mac, you have to use one of the utilities that make your mac dual boot Mac & Windows so you can boot to Windows to run it. If you use Linux, you have to use one of the utilities to make your Linux machine dual boot Linux & Windows so you can boot to Windows to run it.
Basically all (or nearly all) of the scanner programming software is Windows, Windows, or Windows. If you want to run it on something other than Windows, you have to somehow get your computer to run Windows to run the software. This goes for not only Win-500, but all the scanner programming software I know of.
