WIN 500 file for Northeast LA (Ouachita Parish)

I will be visiting relatives next week and I was wondering if anyone has a WIN 500 file they wouldn't mind sharing? I haven't been there since LWIN was turned up and I was never able to get the old system programmed correctly. I have all of the conventional stuff and the other trunked systems, I just need LWIN
