Win 500 file to a Pro 96 file?

I have a Win500 file with all the frequencies etc that I need for my local system. I want that file in my Pro 96. Is there some way to convert the file from Win500 to use in either Win96 or ARC96 so I can load it into my Pro 96?

I know that you can import a Win96 and Win97 into Win500, but, not the other way around other than cut and paste.
