If you join the South Dakota yahoo Group and go to the files section you will find what you are looking for.

Or you can try this download this attacment to the desktop, right click on it and choose rename. copy this text SD.P96 and paste it in as a rename, if a box pops up just click yes and ok.

I should add that this file was made up by loumaag.
