Win 96 file?

I'm looking for some good win96 files.. Specifically something with all of the state in it (all duplicates removed) and also looking for something covering Isabella County.

Attached is a zip file of a win96 file I use for MPSCS that has worked well for me around the lower peninsula. Note that only bank 6 has info in it. I cleared out the other banks, because they were for other areas not requested.
