win 96 problem

Whenever i try to save a scanner download to my computer it puts it in windows office to read in which I dont have. When I first started to use Win 96 i did not have this problem. If I subscribe to Win 96 will this problem go away?

Select save as, then navigate to the folder you want to save the file to.

When I first started to use Win 96 i did not have this problem.

You likely inadvertently clicked ok at sometime on a save and that made it default.

If I subscribe to Win 96 will this problem go away?

Shouldn't make any difference.

I think everything is backwards. Subscribe first. Make a folder. After unzip move Icon to desktop. "Save As" 96 files to that folder. I barly know what I'm doing and it works for me.
