win 96 program

A couple of years ago I bought the win 96 program for my radio shack scanner,my computer has recently crashed and I lost all data.I Don't have any of the information I used when I signed up.Is there any way to get this from Don Starr or do I have to pay again.I have tried to e-mail but no response.Also can I use this program on more than one computer or do you have to pay for each one.

If you can recover your user name and password you should be able to set up the program again. You will have to re-enter all of your data or download it from the scanner. I have changed computers and set up a new version win96 on it.

thanks for the info I don't know if I will be able to recover that user name or password
