Win 96 SOAP error trying to connect to RR database

So I'm trying to download some stuff through win 96 and it just gives me this error now. I was just using win 500 for my pro 106 and everything worked fine. I attached a screen shot also so if that helps anyone understand what my problem is it could help. If anyone could let me know what this means and how to fix it I'd really appreciate it. Thank you

Simply update the Win96 Software

Try to update Win96, but I don't think that's your issue. Puzzleriddle is thinking of another problem with older programs that used the XML service instead of the SOAP service.

The site has been hit hard by visits lately due to being mentioned in mainstream media. Give the download another try and see if it behaves this time.

OOops Jay is correct. hmm try updating the USB cable drivers?? could help

The USB cable won't have a thing to do with connecting across the Internet to the RadioReference database.
