Win500 and Belmont Co Project 25

While doing a web import with Win500. I click on web import, trunked, Belmont County, OH (Project 25).
There are 7 talk groups. All have a + drop down except Law Enforcement. But it says (46 IDs). Are these possibly missing?

I check Law Enforcement and never hear anything. I hope I posted this in the right place as it is the first time I have posted anything, or had trouble with Radio Reference. It's a GREAT site to belong to.

All LE are encrypted .

Sadly, its because every single law enforcement agency in Belmont County is encrypted.

WIN500 won't download encrypted T/G's unless you uncheck the box.

There's really no reason to download them unless you want to hear completely garbled transmissions.

Only LE you can monitor in belmont is OSP.
