WIN500 and missing radio IDs

Typically most scanning hits show a radio ID in the logging window in the Monitor/Control tab of the WIN500 application. Recently there are no radio ID showing up anymore.

I am scanning the MPSCS system on the Romeo (Michigan) tower.

I can't find any method to mask off the radio IDs in WIN500, is there?

Any ideas why the radio IDs are missing?
