I've done a search but I'm not absolutely sure about rebanding. Here is the situation. WIN500 v2.06 I have a PSR500 and follow 2 towers that carry both analog and digital. One tower has rebanded, the other has not. Here's my question.
If I input the correct control and alternate channels for each tower (each set as its own TSYS) and set the option in "Trunking Tables" Standard band plans " as 800 Mhz "Rebanded" on the one that has been rebanded, is that all I have to do? I do see entries beside the channels that contain oChar, HiChan, Offset, and Step 25.0000 for each one. Is there anything else that needs to be entered anywhere to be set up correctly?
Also, will it matter if I also set the table for the one that has yet to be rebanded as "rebanded"? Will that be okay or should I wait until the rebanding of that tower?
The system I'm monitoring is Motorola Type II SmartZone.
