A few days ago I purchased the WIN500 software. When I tried to upload freqs from the RR data base it gave me an error message, something about XML. So I went and downloaded the newest 1.92 version. Now I can get the scanner to load the data base but the frequencies are not there. The radio does not beep like it used to when loading. The scan list shows as empty. I don't understand it, I was loading them fine several weeks ago with the older version 1.88 with the 30 day demo. What has changed that I cannot get them to load? I have been trying for two days. Can anyone help? Thanks.
