Win500 & PSREdit password?

I just purchased my first scanner, but I'm having trouble programing it. I have purchased a premium subscription to RR and I am able to log into my account with my user name and password. I have downloaded both Win500 and PSREdit. When I use either software to connect to RR, I get an error message that indicates that my username/password is incorrect. I've tried this many times and get the same results. Does it take a while for the premium subscription to kick in? What am I missing here?

I think you need to purchase the software, as the demo verisons don't have the web import function enabled.

From the PSREdit website:

"PSREdit500 is available with a fully functional 30 day free trial."

WIN500 has the same fully functional trial period.

I have had this issue in the past. If you have symbols in your password, That could be the problem. I had to change my password to remove symbols so I could use the import feature with multiple programming softwares.
