WIN500 Upload to Pro197 Problem

Trying to program my pro197 using RR, WIN500 and 20-047 cable. I had no problem importing a system from RR, but when I try to upload to scanner I get a message that my cable drivers can not be located. I have installed the drivers and updated them. When I check in device manager, it indicates driver(s) are installed and device is working properly. Com port indicates COM3. What am I doing wrong?

Use WIN500_Com, and it will work, had the same problem till yesterday.

Thanks for responding. I have a 64 bit windowa 7 system. I thought WINN500_Com was for earlier versions of windows. I will try that though. How do I get to a site to download that version?

WOW sorry for all the misspellings before. I found WIN500_Com in my WIN500 Folder. And yes it worked! Thanks a lot Ronnie_USA
