WIN500 Web import error

Latest version of Win500 - Check
Latest version of .Net - Check
Premium Subscriber to RR - Check
Latest USB drivers for USB cable - Check
Windows XP Service Pack 3

Win500 works fine for uploading and downloading to scanner, and remote control.
When I go to Web Import I put in my username and password, check remember me then click START.
I click on United States, and an error message pops up that says "Client found response content type of 'text/html; charset=UTF-8', but expected 'text/xml'. The request failed with the error message: -- Error Table 'rrdb.portal_user' doesn't exist --."

It almost sounds like I'm not a premium subscriber, but I AM!!

I searched the rr forums for over 3 hours looking for someone with the same problem, but found none.

Can anyone help?

OK, so I posted this, and several minutes later I tried again.
It worked this time!!
I'd done nothing different on the computer.

If someone fixed something on the RR website to make it work THANK YOU!!

If it was something on my end, I have no idea what it could have been.
