When using the Web import feature to access RR's database for the Colorado DTRS, not all counties are shown. For example, Boulder and Chaffee Couties are listed with TGs on RR, but do dot show up in the Web Import window while most others do. Why is this?

While all the others are alphabetical, about a half dozen are at the end - late adds (i.e. - 2010) to the RR database.
