Win7 32 bit to Win10 64 bit?

Can this upgrade be done with the Win10 media creation tool? I did a few win7 64 bit machines and it went well but this one Win7 32 bit machine keeps getting hosed during one of the reboots. I have to restore it back using the win7 32 bit disk to get it running again.

I'm guessing I'll need to do a fresh install on this one perhaps?

Any suggestion?

When you look at the system setup of this computer, does it show an x64 processor?

Try disconnecting all usb devices when installing.

Thank you all. I ended up starting with a fresh install.

It took more than 5 seconds my man RT48 !
