WIN93 Bank Swapping?

Will Win93 let me swap an entire bank and it's contents to another bank? (Say my Business banks are bank 5 and 9. I want to get them next to each other so I have business bands 5 and 6. Will it let my swap banks like this)?

I hope you understand my question, it even sounds confusing to the writer, me!

If Win93 works the same as Win95, go to "Edit" and "Bank Editor". From there you can re-arrange the banks to your personal liking.
