Win95 "Help" Question

I have downloaded the Win95 program and am wondering if the "Help" button should be available to use. Mine is just light gray and does not function. TIA for any answers.

I am using win92 and the only thing I have under help that I can click is the "About Win92" area. I guess Don decided they didnt need built in help manuals as there is tremendous info about them on the web.

Ok, I can click on the about button as well. But the help button does not work, just wondering if I got all the features in the download of the free program. :?:

There is no help attached to the free programs. There really isn't much need for them in any case. If you have a specific question, ask away here, someone will be able to answer it.
