Win96 Alpha Tags

Have Pro96 and Win96.

Win96 works very well but I'd like the alpha tags for North Central Dispatch or Med Com1
etc to import with the import from the RR Data Base.

Is it possible or am I just wanting the next generation feature that isn't here yet?
(Import works very well, but I get Site #'s rather than descripitive display...)

Hopefully you will check this as I am not one to give my email address away easily.

You make the choice when you press "Import this System". There you can choose what you want as an alpha tag, the default is what you describe but there are 3 others you can choose.

As for the checking of the email box, why don't you just change the default in your UserCP options, or if you don't want that, Subscribe to whatever thread you want to in Thread Tools.

I keep looking around at options in the Win96 and see if I can find the one I want.

You make the choice when you press "Import this System". There you can choose what you want as an alpha tag, the default is what you describe but there are 3 others you can choose.

When you click Import this system, you should get this screen to make your choices.
