WIN96 Help file or lack there of and password question

Good evening
Well I finally got off of my duff and purchased WIN96 for my scanner. I have a problem. My help file gives me the following error message when I try to access it.
The address is not valid

Most likely causes:
• There might be a typing error in the address.
• If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.
What you can try:

Retype the address.


Go back to the previous page.




Any help on how I can access my help file would be appreciated
